LPAPA’s "For the Love of the Sea" juried exhibition - april, 2026

My painting “Pacific Sunset, Big Sur” received First Place in the LPAPA juried art show inspired by Frank Cuprien, presented in collaboration with the Laguna Art Museum’s exhibition “Frank Cuprien: For the Love of the Sea.”

My work was selected from an incredibly strong group of finalists by two distinguished judges, Julie Perlin Lee, Director of the Laguna Art Museum, and Dr. Kelly Tucker, co-curator of the Cuprien exhibition and a Cuprien collector.

My painting “Morning at the Cove” received a prestigious Juror’s Award at the show that featured paintings by members of the San Francisco Bay Area Chapter of the California Art Club.
